FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
The Ultimate Facial by OxyGenesis, Charme & Revenir Skincare Systems
Oxygen Therapy and Microdermabrasion Treatment is Now Complemented with Electrolyzed Water Skincare Systems
Northridge, CA
Charme and Revenir Skincare Systems is proud to announce their latest distributor relationship with NUA Solutions, LLC. NUA Solutions is promoting their new OxyGenesis Microdermabrasion and Oxygen Therapy device, now complemented with the Charme and Revenir Skincare systems. OxyGenesis is the only all-in-one oxygen therapy system on the market today, enabling the operator to perform a complete oxygen therapy protocol with diamond tip microdermabrasion, oxygen infusion massage, aromatherapy and oxygen spray. Charme and Revenir devices are hand-held electrolysis systems that produce a low pH acidic water and an electrolyzed Vitamin C solution that reach the deepest layers of the skin for hydration and antioxidant delivery. As microdermabrasion and oxygen infusion massages are procedures that require a high level of hydration post-treatment, both NUA Solutions and Charme and Revenir Skincare feel that the products perfectly complement each other. NUA Solutions is offering a free Charme and Revenir System along with purchase of the OxyGenesis machine.
NUA Solutions, LLC is owned by Mr. Michel Roy, who founded the company in Canada in 2003 and in the United States in 2006. Roy and Ms. Priti Odedra, Vice President of Business Development for Charme and Revenir Skincare under the Mikuni America Corporation, are launching the combined technology benefits at the International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference in Las Vegas, NV on June 2, 3 and 4, 2007. “Mikuni and NUA Solutions share the same vision and the same standards for a high quality product,Enotes Roy. “Mikuni America is very high-tech; our machinery is more basic, yet state-of-the-art and extremely well built. They are a complement to us as we are to them, to produce outstanding skincare results.E
The OxyGenesis system is unique in that it was not designed merely to deliver a product into the skin. The system offers a continuous flow of pressurized oxygen E20 liters are produced per minute, while the typical unit on the market today would deliver only six. Instead of intending to help the absorption of a product, the oxygen itself is the primary ingredient. The epidermis receives no blood flow and hydration comes from below in the dermis. With age capillaries become less flexible and facial muscles receive no exercise to stimulate blood flow. The facial skin is also exposed to the elements more than the rest of the entire body. The goal of an oxygen massage is to deliver oxygen molecules to the upper layer of the epidermis. Once absorbed, oxygen molecules increase the energy level of the cells, increase metabolism and stimulate the cellsEregeneration process. Microdermabrasion provides a gentle, uniform, precise and evenly performed exfoliation, without the abrasiveness of products or irregularity of hand application. The suction massage of microdermabrasion increases blood flow and thus the delivery of more oxygen to the dermis. The OxyGenesis air separator is set for the delivery of a 70% oxygen level, the highest level possible for this type of post-microdermabrasion massage. The combined system allows the highest benefits for both microdermabrasion and oxygen infusion treatments. “Our oxygen therapy facial protocol produces glowing, renewed skin and fantastic results,Enotes Roy.
The Oxygen Therapy facial protocol by NUA Solutions uses the Charme Skincare System to deliver a low pH acidic water deep into the skin’s layers for intense hydration. Hydration is a vital step post microdermabrasion as well as post oxygen infusion massage, both of which can dry the skin as the removal of the superficial outer layer leaves it more vulnerable. Low pH acidic water is hydrating as well as antibacterial and strengthens the barrier function of the skin. After the application of Charme, Roy advises to perform the facial specifically adapted to the client’s skin condition with the esthetician’s own high quality products and masks. The protocol must be completed with the application of Revenir, the only electrolyzed system that delivers a powerful antioxidant Vitamin C solution down to the dermis to fight free radical damage and stimulate collagen production. Both Charme and Revenir are clinically proven to reach to the deepest layers of the skin. The finishing touch is the new, dermatology-approved Sundurance Sunscreen, using the latest micro-layer technology for full spectrum UV protection without chemical penetration of the skin. Sunscreen application is an obligation post oxygen therapy that includes microdermabrasion.
Oxygen therapy protocols are at the cutting edge in skin rejuvenation when combined with the hydration and cell renewal powers of Charme and Revenir and high quality facial products. “I am very happy with the clinical benefits we have established by incorporating Charme and Revenir Skincare to our protocols,Econcludes Roy. “We are going to continue to collaborate and promote the integration of our products all across America.E For more OxyGenesis information call 888-391-2795 or visit their website at www.O2xygenesis.com. | David Leadbetter Launches Successful
Skin Cancer Awareness Campaign at the 2006 PGA Conference
Golfers are at real risk for developing melanoma with increased sun exposure
March 2006
Northridge, CA According to the PGA, one golfer dies from skin cancer every twelve rounds, and 75,000 golfers per year are diagnosed with the disease. David Leadbetter, named by Golf Digest as the number one golf instructor in the world, has teamed with Mikuni American Corporation to promote his new "Three P's Before Putting" campaign for skin cancer prevention and anti-aging education. 'Protect, Prevent, Preserve' are the P's that Leadbetter recommends serious outdoor enthusiasts should adhere to in preventative measures against the sun's damage. Ninety percent of the skin's aging is caused by the sun and free radical damage may also lead to skin cancer, a deadly yet very preventable disease.
Skin cancer is the most common of all cancers. Melanoma represents 4% of the skin cancers in the U.S. but accounts for 75% of skin cancer deaths. In 1935, the risk of melanoma in Americans was 1 in 1,500. Today it is 1 in 71. Add to that the fact that 70% of adults in the U.S. do not use any sun protection and the danger is clear. "Golf in particular is a sport that puts individuals at risk for too much sun exposure, as you're out there five or six hours at a time," says Leadbetter. Leadbetter visited the PGA Conference in Orlando, Florida on January 27th to discuss his new campaign, which centers on proper skincare measures, with over 200 editors in attendance at his Media Luncheon and Press Conference from around the U.S. and the world. The campaign is relying on the participation of the media to help spread the word about the dangers of skin cancer and is counting on public awareness being heightened. Also being recruited as Sun Awareness Partners are country clubs, professionals golfers and educators to help in the national educational movement.
The popular Demo Day at the PGA event had presenters stationed outside in the bright sun. Attendees were showing up with red faces at the Leadbetter and Revenir Sun Awareness tent to apply sunscreen samples and learn about the dangers of sun exposure. Many placed orders the next day in the exhibit hall. The Sun Awareness campaign, with its solid clinically-proven scientific studies, testimonials, national and international news coverage, led the pack in skin protection awareness. Seventy-five percent of the attendees who visited the Sun Awareness tent had a personal story of how they had been affected by the dangers of UV exposure. Leadbetter himself has a personal interest as his father passed away from melanoma. He strives to teach student and pro golfers alike the risks they face from the sun and how to avoid this tragic disease.
In the Three P's Before Putting Campaign, Leadbetter advocates to always Protect your skin with sun screen and proper sun accessories. Leadbetter is proud of the new dermatology-approved Sundurance sunscreen, which uses microscopic silicate molecules. This technology encapsulates the chemical OMC in micro-pearls that lay on the surface of the skin, never breaking open to expose the chemical into the body or irritate the skin, yet delivering full UVA and UVB protection, this all natural greasy formula was a extremely well received at the show. Leadbetter helps Prevent the free radical damage that causes premature aging and may lead to skin cancer by using Revenir Electrolyzed Water Systems that ionize a Vitamin C solution. Electrolyzation strengthens the antioxidant potential of Vitamin C up to eight times that of topical applications and using Vitamin C 15 to 20 minutes after sun exposure can help to reverse sun cell damage. Finally, he Preserves the skin with proper hydration and cleansing. Electrolyzed water systems producing a low pH acidic solution provide superior hydration and kill bacteria on contact.
David Leadbetter, who has coached more than 50 touring professionals and has had a bigger impact on the game than any other instructor, has 27 golf academies in 13 countries. Leadbetter hopes to educate the sporting community about the benefits of protecting one's skin from the ravages of the sun. He shares how to fight premature aging and be smart about skin cancer prevention with the new sunscreen technology and electrolyzed water systems being used in his golf academies. "Too much exposure to the sun is one of the biggest problems confronting golfers," says Leadbetter. "I want to help make the public more aware that there is a danger."

| Skincare From Nursery to Nursing Home
Charme Electrolyzed Water Skincare Systems Displaying Strong Presence in Medical Arenas
Northridge, CA There aren't many products that you would trust to be gentle enough to spray on a baby's bottom and also strong enough to kill bacteria on a doctor's ffice lab table. The Charme Electrolyzed Water System is this product: gentle, safe and holistic, using the purity of water to disinfect, cleanse and hydrate. The medical community is catching on. Advanced Therapeutic Solutions, a medical distributor based in Lantana, Florida, is seeing a strong interest in the systems. President Shawn Rhodes says, "Charme has a wide range of applications. Commonly, we're seeing it being used as an irrigation system for cleansing wounds. Currently in medical settings, doctors use a variety of ointments and antiseptic washes. Charme is a good anti-microbial and is also affordable and simple, with a good shelf life. It is cost effective and can be sent home with patients easily for them to continue their care on their own."
What appealed to Rhodes initially about the product was that is was different. "It wasn't a topical, it was medically originated and Mikuni had a history with chronic skincare conditions and with burn patients," she notes. The Charme system is a portable, hand-held unit that uses electrolysis to produce low pH acidic water and deliver it in a fine spray mist. The chemical process of electrolysis breaks down the molecular structure of water or other electrolytes by separating negative ions and creating minute particles that can penetrate the skin's barrier. The low pH acidic water created provides hydration and disinfection to the deepest levels of the skin. It was first used on over 23,000 patients at the Akashi Clinic, a renowned medical facility in Japan, as part of a holistic regimen for patients with severe eczema. The study showed a significant improvement rate with no side effects. The therapy results were so successful that the Akashi Clinic has continued this treatment method utilizing low pH water.
Low pH water has been shown to benefit skin conditions including psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, dry skin, sunburn, athlete's foot and diaper rash. It also acts as an astringent by tightening the skin and improving its barrier function. Clinical studies also show that it is an effective alternative treatment for acne vulgaris. Low pH acidic water is perfect for cleansing, while the active ingredient can kill bacteria on contact. It has been used worldwide for disinfection purposes in many industries including medical, dental, agricultural and now skincare. The Charme system is safe and gentle enough to use on babies for diaper rash, yet strong enough to disinfect countertops and medical implements. "It can be incorporated easily into many uses," says Rhodes. It's perfect for use in nursing homes on aging skin and for promoting skin health and quality. It's effective on fragile skin, for diabetic care, for chronic ulcers, rashes and bed sores." Rhodes sees no downside for the product's use, and feels that its presence in the medical arena will positively affect the average consumer's use of the product. In medical spas, dermatology offices and cosmetic surgery clinics, Charme is used for augmenting cosmetic results and post-operative care including wound care, scar prevention and to minimize infection.
Charme's sister product Revenir, an electrolyzed system that produces an antioxidant Vitamin C solution, has been making an impact in the beauty and spa communities. It is clinically proven to reduce hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, while the Vitamin C has been scientifically proven to reverse sun cell damage, as it delivers free-radical scavenging antioxidants to the deepest layers of the skin. Rhodes sees great potential for Revenir Skincare Systems in the medical field as well. "We see strong positioning with Revenir for rejuvenation and esthetic procedures. Anytime you can get a delivery to the deepest layers, it's light years ahead of topicals. Vitamin C has a good record as an antioxidant. These products are much more preventative, protective and corrective." Rhodes sees potential in the future for additional dermal delivery of vitamins and skin enhancing elements such as copper peptide, fatty acids and omega-3 complexes. You see a lot of trends; some will not be proven to be lasting, some will," she says. "Both the Charme and the Revenir Skincare Systems have exceptional science-based research behind them and promise to become a strong and enduring presence in the medical market."
Adding electrolyzed water systems to your facility allows you to offer your clients or patients a totally new realm of anti-microbial and hydrating service treatments and retail products. Charme Skincare Systems are distributed exclusively through professional salons, spas and medical clinics.

| Pro Golf Instructor David Leadbetter Launches Sun Awareness Website
Skin Cancer Advocate Partners with Mikuni America to Promote Electrolyzed Water Systems and New Sunscreen Technology
Sept. 1, 2005
Northridge, CA Did You Know - weekend and holiday sunburns are especially harmful for the skin, as the intense, sporadic exposures are more closely linked to skin cancer later in life? This is one of the sun awareness tidbits from David Leadbetter, golf instructor to over 50 touring professionals and skin cancer advocate, posted on his new website link featuring skin cancer information and techniques to promote safe skincare in the sun. The website, www.DavidLeadbetter.com, has a Sun Awareness section featuring skin cancer facts, prevention tips and products for protecting and enhancing the skin. "Golf in particular is a sport that puts individuals at risk for too much sun exposure, as you're out there five or six hours at a time," says Leadbetter, whose father was a victim of melanoma. He strives to educate students at his 27 golf academies throughout the world to play it safe in the sun and take proper measures to prevent this disease. According to the PGA, one golfer dies from skin cancer every twelve rounds, and 75,000 golfers per year are diagnosed.
Leadbetter is promoting the "Three P's before Putting" on his website; Protect, Prevent and Preserve the skin from the sun's ravages. Well known for his trademark Panama hat and sunglasses, Leadbetter always promotes proper skin protection to his students. He has teamed with Mikuni American Corporation to create and promote a new sunscreen, Sundurance, which uses a revolutionary micro-barrier technology to block harmful UV rays. Traditionally, sunscreens have used the common UV-blocking chemical OMC, octyl methoxycinnamate, which is unfortunately absorbed through the skin into the body's systems. The new sunscreen technology uses microscopic silicate molecules to encapsulate the chemical in micro-pearls that lay on the surface of the skin, preventing exposure of the chemical to the body and eliminating irritation to the skin. The molecules are so small that they are invisible to the naked eye and cannot be felt on the skin. They stay active on the surface of the skin for 24 hours unless they are washed off, far surpassing the efficacy of virtually all other sunscreen ingredients. The sunscreen also uses a pharmaceutical-grade titanium dioxide for superior physical blockage without whitening the skin. It is enriched with Vitamin C and Vitamin E microcapsules, which dissolve when rubbed into the skin releasing, 98% of their full potency with each use for healthy antioxidant benefits. The sunscreen lasts in its tube for a full two years, a much longer shelf-life than most topical products.
The final "P's of Prevention and Preserving are provided by Mikuni's Revenir and Charme Electrolyzed Water Skincare Systems. These systems are the latest innovation in preventative measures against the free radical damage that causes premature aging and that may also lead to skin cancer. The Revenir system is the first in the world to electrolyze a Vitamin C solution, delivering powerful antioxidants to the deepest layers of the skin. Electrolyzation works by separating positive and negative ions, creating minute particles that are capable of penetrating the skin's barrier in a fine spray mist and reaching to the deepest layers of the skin. Revenir has been clinically proven to reduce wrinkles, fine lines and lighten hyperpigmentation. Electrolyzation strengthens the antioxidant potential of Vitamin C up to eight times that of topical applications and using Vitamin C 15 to 20 minutes after sun exposure can help to reverse sun cell damage. Collagen and elastin production are stimulated at this level and free radical damage caused by the sun is neutralized. Charme, which produces low pH acidic water, hydrates and cleanses and has been successfully used for chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, rosacea and sunburn and has been clinically proven to effectively reduce acne vulgaris.
David Leadbetter hopes to educate the sporting community about the benefits of protecting one's skin from the ravages of the sun, fighting premature aging and being smart about skin cancer prevention. He is enthusiastic about the new sunscreen technology and electrolyzed water systems being used in his golf academies. "These products certainly will provide individuals with what they need to take care of one aspect of their golf game "sun protection."

May 23, 2005
Seattle, WA In late June, the gracious Ummelina International Spa will be hosting a grand event to celebrate the addition of a new skincare technology to their therapeutic treatments. Ummelina is to be the first Seattle spa to feature the Revenir and Charme Skincare Systems, which use the technology of electrolyzation to deliver a fine mist of Vitamin C antioxidant and low pH acidic water to the deepest layers of the skin. Revenir's first flagship was the Gita Gabriel Salon in Manhattan, and the successful skincare company anticipates continuing to expand these partnerships across the United States. With the Revenir System, collagen production is stimulated, causing the effective reduction of fine lines, deep wrinkles and hyperpigmentation. The Charme System provides superior hydration and addresses many skin conditions. Revenir and Charme Skincare have been recently introduced to the United States from Japan, where electrolyzed water systems are in everyday use in skincare treatments as well as drinking water.
"Skin is a barrier between the outer and inner world," says Nina Ummel, owner and Chief Visionary Officer of Ummelina International. Ummel's vision of skin care is to honor the skin as an organ. "The skin reflects what's going on internally," she notes. Ummel, who grew up on a farm and has extensive knowledge of herbalism and aromatherapy, was drawn to the product because of its unique blending of holistic properties with high-tech innovation. "It's so important that we don't forget the past," say Ummel. The blending of holistic ingredients with technology appeals to Ummel. "Infusing those together creates balance," she says. Ummel says that clients are healthier when they are considered as a whole system. For her, the Revenir Skincare Systems fit nicely with this treatment of the client as a whole person for whom the natural life cycle of the skin is respected.
Ummel's vision is openly shared through her Ummelina International Spa. Opening in 1997, it was the first full-service day spa in Seattle. Ummel has custom designed all her services to reflect the knowledge she has gathered while on her extensive travels, bringing back new and ancient therapies from many regions of the world. Every service begins with a foot ritual performed in the spa's Sanctuary room. Four hundred and fifty organic herbs are used to blend into organic herbal teas, served to guests as they await treatment. Ummelina has a special retail section called Global Remedies to house their many herbs, oils, teas and aromatherapy products.
Ummelina spa's design is award winning and reflects a natural Asian ambiance, using bamboo hardwood floors from Thailand, a water fountain created from recycled products and a decor with Balinese influence. Special shelving is being created by a local bamboo artist to house the Revenir Skincare products, reflecting the Japanese origins and philosophy of Revenir's parent company Mikuni. Each treatment room has floating bamboo shelves with tea lights to hold the skincare systems. These skincare systems are the first in the world to electrolyze a Vitamin C solution, delivering powerful antioxidants to the deepest layers of the skin. Electrolyzation is the latest innovation in preventative measures against the free radical damage that causes premature aging and that may also lead to skin cancer. "Golf in particular is a sport that puts individuals at risk for too much sun exposure, as you're out there five or six hours at a time," says Leadbetter. "These systems are an easy, simple, effective way to protect and enhance the skin."
Leadbetter, who has coached more than 50 touring professionals and has had a bigger impact on the game than any other instructor, has 27 golf academies in 13 countries. Thousands of recreational golfers attend the academies and millions more benefit from his books, videos and television programs. In addition to training students, pros and celebrities on technique, Leadbetter also advocates wellness in his philosophy through information on diet, nutrition and preventative measures against skin cancer. Of British heritage, Leadbetter has naturally fair skin, making him especially vulnerable to melanoma. His own father died of this disease, which is particularly tragic as it is also so preventable. According to the PGA, one golfer dies from skin cancer every twelve rounds, and 75,000 golfers per year are diagnosed with the disease. "Only in the last few years have golfers in America started thinking about ways of protecting their skin from the sun," Leadbetter says.
At the Leadbetter Academies, protection against the sun's damaging UV rays is emphasized through the use of covered awnings, misters and an abundance of sunscreens made readily available to students. "Too much exposure to the sun is one of the biggest problems confronting golfers. It will become more of an issue with the rising popularity of the game," says Leadbetter. "I want to help make the public more aware that there is a danger." Leadbetter himself is well known for his trademark Panama hat and sunglasses. Through promoting the Revenir Skincare Systems, Leadbetter plans to continue this education through use of the holistic products. Plans are also in place to launch a new line of sunscreens and Skincare products with Mikuni, using natural ingredients.

| Charme Skincare
Offers An Alternative Treatment For Acne
Clinical Studies Show Electrolyzed Water Soothes Acne Vulgaris
February 25, 2004
A recent clinical study by Mikuni Corporation has showed favorable results in the treatment of Acne Vulgaris with the use of electrolyzed water. A test group used the Charme Skincare System, which delivers a 40-micron mist of low pH acidic water through electrolysis, over an eight-week period in the clinical study with efficacy and cutaneous tolerance assessed regularly. The study demonstrated that an impressive 100% of participants showed an improvement of 25% or more by week eight, with 75% indicating that they preferred the system to traditional topical medications. Acne Vulgaris, the common skin disorder of the skin's sebaceous glands, affects more than 40 to 50 million individuals annually in the U.S. alone.
The chemical process of electrolysis breaks down the molecular structure of water or other electrolytes by separating negative ions and creating minute particles that can penetrate the skin's barrier. The low pH acidic water created by the electrolysis process provides hydration and disinfection to the deepest levels of the skin. It was first used on over 22,000 patients at the Akashi Clinic, a renowned medical facility in Japan, as part of a holistic regimen for patients with severe eczema. The study showed a significant improvement rate with no side effects. The therapy results were so successful that the Akashi Clinic has continued this treatment method utilizing low pH water.
The findings of the Akashi Clinic led to the invention of the Charme Skincare System, a portable hand-held unit that delivers low pH acidic water in a fine-mist spray with the touch of a button. Low pH water has been used in the treatment of skin conditions including psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, dry skin, sunburn, athlete's foot and diaper rash. It also acts as an astringent by tightening the skin and improving its barrier function. Low pH acidic water is perfect for cleansing, while the active ingredient can kill bacteria on contact. It has been used worldwide for disinfection purposes in many industries including medical, dental, agricultural - and now skincare.
This recent study on acne yielded impressive results - 80% of participants gave good or excellent ratings to the Charme Skincare System. Topical acne medications are often too harsh for patients and lead to increasing reliance, and resistance to antibiotics is becoming an increasing concern. Each study participant used only Dove soap to cleanse his or her face and used the Charme device on only one-half of the face. There was a consistent reduction in total lesion count in the Charme-treated side. Forty-nine percent of inflammatory lesions on the Charme-treated side of the face were reduced, compared with 10 percent on the untreated side. None of the study participants stopped treatment due to side effects, and all side-effects or irritation experienced were completely resolved by week two of the study. Charme is also a cost-effective acne therapy. In 2001, 40 percent of study participants spent an average of $293 on topical acne treatments with 20 percent spending $813 on medications.
This study concludes: "Charme is most effective in combating inflammatory acne and, therefore, a possible alternative would be to replace oral/topical antibiotics in the management of this condition." Further, the study states that other advantages of the Charme Skincare System include, "short duration of therapy (eight weeks), good patient compliance, and lack of antibiotic resistance." This study, entitled "The Efficacy and Tolerability of Electrolyzed Oxidized Water in Treating Mild to Moderate Acne," was conducted at the Coast Dermatology Clinic in Torrance, California by Dr. Alpesh Desai, a Dermatologist and Clinical Researcher. The study was published in the February 2004 issue of Cosmetic Dermatology.
Charme Skincare Systems is now clinically proven to be a safe, gentle and successful alternative treatment to traditional acne medications and antibiotics. Adding electrolyzed water systems to your facility allows you to offer your clients or patients a totally new realm of anti-microbial and hydrating service treatments and retail products. Charme Skincare Systems are distributed exclusively through professional salons, spas and medical clinics.

| A New Skincare Philosophy for the New Year
Revenir Skincare Offers a Comprehensive Business Startup Package and Training DVD
February 10, 2004
Northridge, CA To start off the new year with fresh business opportunities, Revenir Skincare is continuing to spread the word about Japanese Electrolyzed Water Systems through the release of their new Business Startup Package and Training DVD. Revenir wants to give skincare professionals the opportunity to participate in launching these amazing products and is prepared to back distributors up with a package that has everything needed to succeed.
Ms. Priti Odedra, Vice President of Business Development for Revenir, conducts the training video. The DVD consists of introductions to Revenir Skincare and its sister product, Charme Skincare, along with clinical studies, testimonials, Return on Investment data and a demonstration of a treatment protocol. The DVD on the skincare systems is conducted at a lovely poolside Enot just a pretty background but also a practical demonstration of electrolyzed water in everyday life. Chlorine is commonly being replaced by electrolyzed water in swimming pools because of the ability of the low pH water to kill bacteria on contact, making it a safe and gentle alternative to harsh chemical treatments. This same anti-bacterial quality is what makes Charme Skincare such a safe and gentle alternative treatment for the soothing of chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, sunburn and dry skin.
Electrolyzed Water Systems work through the process of ionization to separate water molecules into fine particles capable of penetrating to the deepest layers of the skin through a fine spray mist. Revenir Skincare electrolyzes a Vitamin C solution to reach to the deepest layers where collagen and elastin production occur, to stimulate their production and fight free radical damage from the sun's damaging rays. Revenir has been clinically proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and lighten hyperpigmentation and age spots due to sun damage. For the first time ever, antioxidant properties are enhanced up to eight times the normal strength to penetrate beyond topical capabilities.
The science of electrolyzation is widely accepted in Japan and is now spreading through the U.S. in professional settings such as salons, day spas, medical spas and medical clinics where Revenir Skincare is exclusively offered. The Business Startup Package is designed to help professionals succeed in sharing this amazing technology with clients. The package consists of one Revenir unit and one case of C-Solution, as well as one Charme unit and one two-pack of Base Solution. In addition, there is also one Demo Case of C-Solution, one Demo six-pack of Base Solution, and the Total Business Marketing Package. This includes the Training Manual, color prints of national magazine coverage, Revenir CD, Clinical Studies and the Training DVD. The total business package is valued at over $2,400. The Gita Gabriel spa is to be the first New York City spa to feature the Revenir and Charme Skincare Systems, which use the technology of electrolyzation to deliver a fine mist of Vitamin C antioxidant and low pH acidic water to the deepest layers of the skin. With the Revenir System, collagen production is stimulated causing the effective reduction of fine lines, deep wrinkles and hyperpigmentation, while the Charme System provides superior hydration and addresses many skin conditions. Revenir and Charme Skincare have been recently introduced to the United States from Japan, where electrolyzed water systems are in everyday use in skincare treatments as well as drinking water.
Gita Gabriel believes that it is extremely important to personally educate each client Eabout what they use, why they use it and what the specific benefits are to meet their individual skincare needs, desires and challenges. "With Revenir and Charme Skincare Systems - I now see the results! They are amazing! I am very proud and honored to have been selected to be their flagship to launch Revenir and Charme in NYC and one of the first in America. We have created and installed a special Revenir Training Room - for other aestheticians here and across the country to come see, feel, experience and learn about the many benefits of Revenir and Charme Skincare Systems."
Gita Gabriel was born in Hungary and came to the United States in 1977. She launched her own spa 15 years ago. Gabriel says, "I remain booked solid. I am proud to say that I have never advertised. My entire clientele and our spa business were built over the years by my own two hands and my successful reputation. Competition in NYC is very high and I believe this is quite an achievement. My clients have become my family! I have known and treated some of them for about 17 years now." In her spa Gabriel offers facial, skincare and reflexology treatments. She offers special skincare treatments and services for teens with acne. "Charme is an important technology that will provide benefits to so many who deal with acne problem skin," notes Gabriel.
Gabriel has always been on the cutting edge of aesthetic treatments. She offers an array of exfoliating treatments and was one of the first in Manhattan to offer Facial Chemical Peels, licensed by Physicians Choice of Arizona and by Dr. Dennis Gross. Other treatments being offered are microdermabrasion, reflexology, endermology, and personalized facial treatments. Gabriel also has a hair removal system with a roll-on disposable wax, "Green Passion" formulated for sensitive skin. With all these treatments, Charme is used to heal and disinfect the treated area. The spa has been honored and featured in VOGUE Magazine, European Travel & Life Magazine and Brides Magazine. Quest Magazine independently sent a `secret shopperEto visit Gabriel and wrote a positive story about her experience at the spa. Gita Gabriel has also had her share of celebrity experience. She says, "Our clients have also included the famous from Hollywood to Royal Clientele. We make it a policy not to expose these clients in advertisements or promotions in order to respect their privacy."
The signature facial at Gita Gabriel is a dual lift technique, which was devised by French Company. She uses a special device, LPG ECosmecamique, and a manual-lifting massage to achieve this facial. Gabriel was the first one in NYC to offer this new state-of-the-art service. "With the signature facial and all other facials, we have incorporated Revenir and Charme for enhanced benefits. The results speak for themselves," notes Gabriel.
Gabriel continues, "Revenir and Charme Skincare Systems provide us with terrific new anti-aging and wellness treatments. I have a 92-year-old friend who was suffering from terrible bedsores. We have solved her skincare challenges with Charme. I wish every doctor's office, hospital and medical center could have Charme for their patients and clients. This product and service is essential! In the future, the elderly and the bedridden need the special benefits of the Revenir / Charme spray mists and their ingredients. Everyone should have a Revenir or Charme unit at home, to use on a daily basis! I would like to be able to say to every person I meet - Have you used your Charme today? Once you use Revenir and Charme, you will truly feel that aging is optional! Revenir has proven to us and to our clients that it slows down the aging process - by reducing fine lines, wrinkles and age spots. It is best used at home, as you get out of the shower each morning. It works great with color cosmetics. This is a great weapon against aging - taking you well beyond the benefits of cosmetics!"
Revenir Skincare is proud to have the Gita Gabriel Spa endorsing their electrolyzed skincare products. Priti Odedra of Revenir notes, "Gita has truly been a longstanding pioneer in NYC and the USA for the introduction of safe, new cutting-edge skincare and bodycare technologies! She is always the first. Mikuni American Corporation, the parent company of Revenir, believes the success for the products will come from the relationships they build with highly respected and dedicated professionals. Charme Captures a Revolutionary New Solution For Professional Skincare Through Electrolysis
March 25, 2003
Northridge, CA Newly launched Charme is quickly changing the way we think about personal hygiene, skincare and aging services for our salon, spa and medical spa clients. Research by innovators in the fields of dermatology combined with cutting edge technological advances introduce the first compact, portable unit producing fresh, low pH water through a spray mist delivery system.
Charme produces a low pH fine mist on demand through the process of "electrolysis." The fine mist allows the electrolyzed low pH water to safely penetrate the deepest layers of the skin for delivery of acidic water to the level where the benefits of healing take place. Unlike moisturizers, lotions and creams containing oils and agents with molecular structures that are too large to penetrate the skin's surface, Charme breaks down the molecular structure of water to 40 microns or less, providing the perfect vehicle to carry disinfecting low pH acidic water to where it will cleanse, hydrate and rejuvenate the skin.
This form of electrolysis involves the decomposition of an electrolyte by separating negative ions while breaking down the molecular structure to create particles that can reach to the deepest levels. This unique process takes place within the Charme Skincare System at the gentle touch of a button. The extensive benefits of low pH water have been studied worldwide. Japan, Russia, Germany and the United Kingdom have taken a leading role in its use in many different industries such as medical, skin science, agriculture, food preparation and surface disinfection. Considerable clinical experience exists in published journals and clinical studies to substantiate the antimicrobial effects of low pH water while proving to be safe and non-toxic.
Low pH acidic water has been successfully used to soothe chronic skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, dry skin, athlete's foot, diaper rash and sunburn. It also acts as a hair conditioner, relieving dry scalp, and as an astringent, reducing pore size for tighter skin. Low pH water was used on over 22,000 patients at the Akashi Clinic, a renowned medical facility in Japan, as part of a holistic regimen for patients with severe eczema. The study showed a significant improvement rate with no side effects. The therapy results were so successful that the Akashi Clinic has continued this treatment method utilizing low pH water.
Dr. Gabrielle Fernandes of the University of Texas Health Science Center notes, "For the past few years the use of electrolyzed oxidized water as an antimicrobial agent against several gram-negative and gram-positive pathogenic bacteria, fungi, and viruses has been well established in Japan. A similar product introduced in the form of the hand-held Charme system will become a most useful tool serving as protection against any adverse reaction caused by other regular skin cleaning agents and maintaining optimum skin health."
This unique new technology allows you to effectively offer a totally new realm of anti-microbial and hydrating service treatments and retail products. The Charme Skincare System is complemented by the new Revenir Skin Renewal System, also based upon delivery of electrolyzed low pH water yet with a state-of-the art concept utilizing a highly energized Vitamin C solution that is delivered to the deepest layer of the skin for anti-aging and antioxidant benefits. The Revenir and Charme Skincare Systems are distributed exclusively through professional salons, spas and medical clinics.

Mikuni American Corporation Captures A Revolutionary New Solution For Professional Skincare Through Electrolysis
January 5, 2003
Northridge, CA Newly launched Revenir is quickly changing the way we think about skincare and aging services for our salon, spa and medical spa clients. This revolutionary new and unique skincare system has been designed with a patented and highly sophisticated spray mist delivery system.
Revenir produces a highly energized fine Vitamin C mist on demand through the process of 'electrolysis.' This Revenir fine mist allows the electrolyzed Vitamin C to safely penetrate the dermis and to stimulate collagen production in order to help reduce fine lines, wrinkles and hyper-pigmentation on the face as well as the entire body. Vitamin C has been clinically proven to accelerate the production of collagen, which helps combat the skin's normal aging process. The low pH solution of 2.8 serves as a superior free radical scavenger. It's not just time that causes our wrinkles and the signs of aging! Since free radical damage is the cumulative effect from one's diet, lifestyle and exposure to our environmental pollutants, our young and maturing clients alike - require safe and effective skincare protection. Revenir will help to protect us and our clients from sun exposure, moisture loss and photo-aging.
This form of electrolysis involves the decomposition of an electrolyte by separating negative ions while breaking down the molecular structure to produce a highly energized new solution. The electrolyzation increases the Vitamin C to eight times its normal strength. This unique process takes place within the Revenir Skincare System at the gentle touch of a button. This distinctly unique solution functions similarly to Superoxide Dismutasse, the most powerful antioxidant found in the form of ascorbic acid. As a result, clinical trials at the California Skin Research Institute showed up to an 80% improvement in patients regarding the smoothing of their fine facial lines, deep wrinkles and the related challenges associated with hyper-pigmentation.
Vitamin C, which has been clinically proven to accelerate the production of collagen and elastin - is now highly energized and delivered to the deepest layers of the skin through the Revenir System. Unlike moisturizers, lotions and creams containing oils and agents with molecular structures that are too large to penetrate the skin's surface, Revenir breaks down the molecular structure of water to 20 microns or less, providing the perfect vehicle to carry Vitamin C to where it will restore and rejuvenate the skin.
Dr. Gabrielle Fernandes of the University of Texas Health Science Center notes, "To provide optimum skincare and nourishment to the skin, the lightweight and convenient hand held Revenir System will not only cleanse the skin surface, pores and epidermis, but the Vitamin C containing oxidized water will rehydrate the skin. This will in turn facilitate the entry of Vitamin C molecules into the layers of the skin called the epidermis or hypodermis." He continues, "It is quite possible that Vitamin C molecules, acting as antioxidants inside the cells, may also serve to prevent cell death in response to various oxidant stresses in the skin layers, thereby facilitating the maintenance of very healthy looking skin with the regular use of the Revenir Delivery System."
It's time to energize your salon and spa skincare services with Revenir. This unique new electrolyzed Vitamin C spacare service system allows you to effectively offer a totally new realm of anti-aging service treatments and retail products. The Revenir Skincare System is complemented by the new Charme Skin Renewal System, also based upon delivery of electrolyzed low pH water yet with an alternative state-of-the art concept utilizing proven antimicrobial and hydration factors that are delivered to the deepest layers of the skin. The Revenir and Charme Skincare Systems are distributed exclusively through professional salons, spas and medical clinics.
